As such, we do not provide any design, engineering or architectural services and therefore accept no liability for the technical content of the materials we produce nor the services Vector Conversions, Inc. provide. Our responsibility is to duplicate information provided by our clients into CAD and GIS formats accurately and in a timely fashion.

All of our work is guaranteed. If there are any conversion errors, they will be fixed immediately at no cost to you. Our process demands hands-on work, therefore, quality assurance is second to none.

All conversions supplied by Vector Conversions, Inc. are based on information supplied by clients. It is incumbent upon the client to provide detailed and documented instruction for the completion of all work. Where there is no specific instruction, Vector Conversions, Inc. will provide our best guess based on industry convention and our professional conversion experience.

Exact or perfect duplication of line work including text and graphics is our goal, however, is NOT guaranteed. Vector Conversions, Inc. will provide a reasonable, accurate facsimile of the original drawings and documents unless otherwise specified in writing.

In a case where information is not clearly legible from the original documents or drawings, Vector Conversions, Inc. will make a "best guess" to interpret and include information in the finished drawings.

Vector Conversions, Inc. drafting is considered correct if it duplicates originals provided by the client per any specific written instructions. Except for typographical and/or graphic errors, Vector Conversions, Inc. reserves the right to revise drawings and formats subject to additional fees to be paid by the customer.

Vector Conversions, Inc. provides finished documents in formats compatible with most CAD and GIS software available. We assume the right to use our own equipment, software and methods unless otherwise specified by client in writing.
